Diet Scams: Which Diets Work/Don't Work?

answer is 1,000s, literally! Why are there so many diets out there? Dieting is a BIG industry and for the past 10, 20 and 30 years, obesity rates have increased, making people look for new ways to lose weight and become healthy and giving diet companies more reasons to sell scams. How many of those diets actually work? Only about 10%! Why do so few diets work? Because
there is too much money to be made!
For big diet companies, it is much more valuable to sell a diet product over and over than selling it once. And the reason 90% of diet products, programs and books sell over and over is because they fail over and over! How do you spot a diet scam? We
follow 3 very simple rules:
1. No diet pills. Diet pills are scams and are only good as long as you take them. If you stop taking them, the weight comes back. You will save $100s and even $1,000s if you don't buy diet pills. Diet plans/programs like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Zone diet, like diet pills lose their effect once you stop. This forces people to continue the program and spend more money. Remember Kirsty Allie? She was a spokesperson for Jenny Craig. She lost over 70lbs on the Jenny Craig dieting program, but once she stopped, it all came back. This is something that happens to millions every single day. The diets we recommend here work long term. In other words, if you do it once, expect the results to LAST! 3.
Don't follow conventional dieting rules. Yes we said it!
Stop calorie
counting.
